If you’ve seen any of my videos, you already know how I teach. I talk straight. I show you what really happens out in the field, and I explain it in a way that actually makes sense.

I’ve spent over 25 years running multimillion-dollar projects including commercial spaces, single-family homes, and ground-ups. During that time, I’ve mentored supers, PMs, tradespeople, apprentices, new hires, interns… pretty much anyone who was hungry to grow.

Here’s what I’ve learned over the years: people don’t struggle because they’re not smart, they struggle because they were never taught in a way that makes sense to them. Some people pick it up the first time and others need visuals, repetition, or someone to break it down step-by-step.
